Returns & Exchanges

NAGHEDI accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain items, and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all original dust bags and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
